Hi Friend,

It’s almost 2018 already—and what a year it’s been for Game On Cancer! Thank you for your incredibly hard work to help cancer patients in need in 2017. We started this year’s campaign with a goal of $850,000, but your energy and passion helped us blow past that to raise a grand total of over $1,050,000! Everything you raised goes directly to the cause, which means $1,050,000 to help patients get to their medical appointments on time, cook healthy meals for themselves and their families, and keep their heat on in these cold winter months. Your generosity this year means more support for the hidden costs of cancer, groundbreaking research, and most importantly, peace of mind for cancer patients.

In addition, I hope you were able to attend our Game On Cancer culmination event at Ford Field on December 8. We were thrilled to show our gratitude to over a thousand participants, family, and friends, who braved the chilly weather to enjoy a fun evening that included meet and greets with some of our favorite Detroit Lions players. Please accept my sincere appreciation for your dedication to making Game On Cancer 2017 a rousing success. Keep an eye out for an email from us early next year with details on the 2018 campaign, which kicks off in the spring. We hope you’ll join us!
