To Fight Cancer, You Need a Team - One That is Tougher Together
But even the tough need champions, and that’s where Game On Cancer comes into play.
The never ending to-do list continued to pile up at the beginning of the pandemic. As a grad student, I worried about getting clinical hours, my husband was unemployed creating financial concerns, as a peri-operative nurse the uncertainty of work caused impending anxiety, the list continues. However, the one thing that remained constant is Jack's love and cuddles every day when I got home. He didn't care if I was stressed, how the bills would get paid, if I would get my homework done, he was a constant reminder of all the positives in my life. We started taking walks every night, the fresh air and beauty of nature calmed my fears and Jack's smile paired with his wagging tail filled my heart with joy. He is my momma's boy and his unconditional love is appreciated more than he will ever know.
Please Vote for Jack! Every dollar equals a vote and helps local cancer patients.
Cancer is a thief. It’s a disease that can steal not just health, but financial well-being, too. Imagine if cancer depleted your funds so you could no longer afford transportation to your chemotherapy appointments or buy healthy food.
I am raising money for Game On Cancer to ensure patients can get to their appointments, keep the lights on in their home and have access to life-saving medications. 100% of every dollar raised supports this mission and 100% is used locally.
Please join me and our Game On Cancer champions with a donation today? Your support will allow us to continue expanding services, research and financial assistance to thousands of people in our community every year. We are tougher together.
