Welcome to our Team!

Build The Castle is a unique fundraising opportunity to support the Henry Ford SandCastles program, which for more than 22 years has helped equip children, teens and their families with the skills and coping mechanisms needed to process their grief and live happy, healthy lives.

Our individual team members are working together to help support SandCastles.  With your help this fundraising campaign is an opportunity for friends and families to raise money to support SandCastles ongoing programs and its ability to continue to offer them free of charge to all families dealing with loss.

This campaign will culminate in a family friendly day at the Detroit Zoo on Saturday, September 21st. Each participant who raises $150 or more on their own Build the Castle page will receive tickets for them and a guest to attend this fun-filled celebration.

The mission of SandCastles Grief Support Program is to provide a caring place for children, teens, and their families who have experienced a death. SandCastles offers quality community-based family grief services, which encourage peer support and are enhanced by educational outreach.
