MEET Molly!
Molly came to me as an older cat...she was 7 1/2 years old. She is now 13 ½ years old. Her original owner who had her since she was a kitten had to move into an assisted living facility/nursing home and she was unable to take Molly with her. Her friends who were helping her with her transition were reluctant to take Molly to a shelter due to her age and were concerned that she might not be adopted. Since she has been with me, she has been a joy! She is very sweet and loving. She is funny in that she has attached herself to me and only me, allowing others to feed her and pet her at times, just not too much. She looks for me when she knows I am due to come home and calls me to come to bed when she is ready, too. She is also very "talkative" responding when spoken to and meowing at me when she wants something, including to sit on my lap or be petted!
