If I am gone for an hour, ten hours, or 2 minutes, the moment I come through my door I am greeted with the most happy excitement-- charming underbite and all. Even after a long or hard day, Cooper never fails to put a smile to my face. He helps me out of my shell, wanting to greet every person, dog, or squirrel we pass on our walk to the *whispers* "park" and he is always down to split a snack, no matter how tiny the morsel is. He snuggles close in the bed, but watches the door to protect his mommy through the night. Cooper is truly the best companion I could ever ask for.
